Man! The El Paso sun is hot! My family and I went to the zoo, today, and then went swimming to cool off. What an exhausting day! The hot sun can really drain your energy quickly. It’s so important to drink lots of water and to pay attention to your body. You might find that you need to step inside once in a while, get out of the sun, and cool off.
Anyway, I kind of got off on a tangent there. It’s always good to be reminded, though. What I actually wanted to do today, is to share some of my healthy eating recipes. Unfortunately, notifications aren’t sent out when I post a new recipe, so I think it’s good to do this every once in a while. I’ve done it once before, which you can check out here. I need to do it more often, I think, because there were so many recipes to share, it took forever last time.
