REAL, FRUGAL, HEALTHY, and FUN!!!
I wanted a sweet. Nothing rich, but refreshingly sweet and light. I keep a ton of green tea on hand for my kombucha that I make. I thought, hmm… that sounds good. Plus, I have a giant bag of frozen blueberries I keep on hand for my protein, oat pancakes. I top them with blueberries and maple syrup. I though, I can definitely work with this. I also had honey and gelatin. This was happening. Keep in mind with the green tea, these gummies do contain caffeine.
1 green tea bag
1/4 cup pureed blueberries
1/2 cup honey
6 Tbsp gelatin
Directions: Boil 2 cups water with the green tea bag, pureed blueberries, and honey. After about 5 minutes, take out tea bag, turn off the heat, and slowly add the gelatin, stirring as you go. Mix thoroughly. Pour into molds or 9″x9″ pan. Refrigerate about 2 hours before removing from molds or pan. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
