Paleo 4-Ingredient Maple Almond Coconut Freezer Fudge

What can I say?  I wanted fudge, but I did not want a chocolate fudge.  That was getting boring.  I wanted something with a maple nut flavor.  This fudge is amazing.  Unfortunately, it probably wont last long because it is so ridiculously good.  Lucky for me, it is also easy to make.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup coconut butter

1/4 cup almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil

Directions:  Melt all ingredients together.  Once melted, pour into a dish to set up.  I used a 5″ round cake pan lined with parchment paper.  You could also use a loaf pan, cupcake molds, or even cute silicone molds.  If the pan is solid (metal or glass) use parchment paper so you can easily pull the fudge out once it’s set up.  If you’re using a silicone mold, you should be able to just pop your fudge out.  Either way, once you’ve poured the fudge mixture into a pan, dish, or mold, set it in the freezer for a couple of hours before serving.  Store any leftover in the freezer.  Also, it does not have to thaw to be cut.  You can cut it immediately after pulling it out of the freezer.

    Love this recipe, it actually looks easy enough for me to try and probably succeed and not fail! haha! But it looks very delicious, and I saw where you added your son’s blog on the side, great work!

      Thank you Sheridan Johnson! It is delicious fudge, and the easiest I’ve ever made! Next time I have to double it, though. Lol
