REAL, FRUGAL, HEALTHY, and FUN!!!
I’ve always loved veggies with dip. When made with Greek yogurt, your dip is actually a treat for your belly with all its probiotics. When you add the honey, ginger, and lemon, it is great for not only your belly, but your overall immunity, as well. It’s slightly sweet and tangy. I’m having it with carrots at the moment, but it’d be great with cucumbers, celery, on chicken or fish, or even with green apples!
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Juice from 1 whole lemon
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions: Mix it all up. Ta da! All set to dip your veggies or top your fish or chicken!
