Super easy, single-serve Traditional Greek yogurt dip

Greek yogurt dip

With summer creeping up quick, I try to improve upon my eating a bit.  Not by slashing my calories in half or micro-managing my diet in any particular way.  I basically raise my awareness of what I’m eating.  For example, I should be eating more veggies than fruits, but I haven’t been.  That’s something I’m trying to be more aware of and improve upon.  To start, I made this ridiculously simple dip to go with my celery (or any veggie), and it makes it such a delicious, satisfying treat.

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp

garlic powder

1/4 tsp dill

Directions:  Mix it all together.  That’s it!  Today, Sam and I are eating it with celery, but you could eat it with any veggies, throw it on salad, or spread it on a sandwich.  You can also get fancy and add other herbs and spices.  All of your different herbs and spices have different health benefits, so don’t be shy.  Your belly will love the healing benefits of the yogurt.
