3 – Ingredient Protein Popsicles

Sometimes the simple treats are the best treats!

As it heats up here in El Paso, and is soon to start heating up everywhere, these popsicles are sure to become a favorite go-to snack!  Sure, I’ve made fancier popsicles.  However, these require no fancy ingredients and are so easy.  The boys wanted a popsicle that was more like the ones at the store.  I wanted it to be good for them.  I also wanted it to be something I would want to it because I’m here in this heat, too.  These are creamy delicious and can be made in just a couple of minutes.


1 cup fruit juice – you can make your own, or buy 100% fruit juice

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein

Directions: Blend well (no one wants a lump of protein powder), pour into popsicle mold, freeze, and enjoy.

We’ve been eating these daily.   They are so refreshing after walking the boys home from school.  I love that when I give the boys a popsicle, I’m actually giving them protein and fruit juice.  Plus, we have fun picking out different flavors of fruit juice at the store.  It keeps the popsicle flavors new and exciting.!
