REAL, FRUGAL, HEALTHY, and FUN!!!
It’s the season of pumpkin lattes, but if you’re like me, it’s not that easy to go order one at the corner coffee shop. Besides, coffee shops are expensive. It’s too easy to make your own. We have earl grey tea at the moment. I’ve been drinking it black lately. Today, I thought, why not have fun with it? I had a lot of fun! Next thing I know, I’m drinking the best pumpkin latte, ever!
8 oz fresh brewed earl grey tea
2 Tbsp full-fat coconut milk
1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of ginger
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Directions: You could just stir the ingredients together. It’d be yummy. I recommend putting everything in the blender for 2 minutes. Blending it gives it that nice froth on top. Just like the coffee shop, but better.
