Quick Apple Crisp For 2

I really wanted a nice treat.  I didn’t have anything prepared.  I had this one apple leftover from a bunch I’d bought.  I decided to try whipping together a quick apple crisp.  I figured my plan was good, when I made them they looked good, and when I tasted it, it was heavenly!!!

It took me all of 5 minutes, maybe less.  I only used 5 ingredients.  Super quick and easy!

Ingredients:

1 small apple chopped into small cubes, peel left on (more nutrients)

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp honey

1 tsp molasses

1/4 cup cashews

Directions: Divide chopped apple among dessert dishes.  Melt butter, honey, and molasses.  Put cashews, butter, honey, and molasses into a blender or food processor and let it run just until cashews are chopped.  Divide buttery, cashew mixture over the chopped apples.  Enjoy!

Your apples should be chopped small, and with the peels left on.  You lose a ton of nutritional value when you remove the peel.
