REAL, FRUGAL, HEALTHY, and FUN!!!
Holy deliciousness! This was amazing! With less sugar in my diet, I’m craving more savory flavors. This was so satisfying. The flavor was amazing. There was crisp, juicy, fresh vegetables, meaty mushrooms, beefy ground beef, and it all comes together with this avocado lemon vinaigrette, which makes the whole dish just excellent.
Salad Ingredients (feel free to mix it up):
1 cup garden salad mix
5 small mushrooms, sliced
1/4 lb cooked ground beef
Directions: Just toss it all together. Feel free to mix in other veggies and salad fixings of your choice.
Avocado Lemon Vinaigrette Ingredients:
1 rip avocado
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
Directions: Put all vinaigrette ingredients in the blender, and allow it to run until smooth. Pour over salad. Enjoy!
