Yoga For When You Feel Blue


I started doing yoga in November of 2014. I’m definitely a newbie. I haven’t mastered putting my own yoga sequences together just yet. I like to youtube different yoga videos. I’ve found that I absolutely love “Yoga With Adriene.” She talks you through everything and makes you fee

l like you’re ok wherever you are. She also has videos for everything! She has videos for when you have a cold, feel blue, are menstruating, are stressed, and so much more. Today was a yoga day, and I felt blue because I lost my cell phone today. I followed her video on beating the blues:
