REAL, FRUGAL, HEALTHY, and FUN!!!
Sometimes, I like to come up with my own workouts. Sometimes, my motivation isn’t as high, and I need to be guided through my workouts. When my motivation is down, or I’m tired, I don’t push as hard if I rely on myself. I’ve fallen completely in love with POPSUGAR.
POPSUGAR is a real fun website. They not only have a ton of workouts, health info, and great recipes, they also have fun pop culture, tips for moms, and life in general. It’s like the one stop shop for variety.
I love their circuit workouts. They’re so easy to pull up on my phone, wherever I’m at. The entire workout is just 3 circuits that are all posted into one image. Now, just because these workouts can be viewed in just one image, they can also totally kick your butt. I complete each circuit 3 times before going to the next. I take little to no breaks. Also, several of these workouts use dumbbells, and I try to challenge myself with the heaviest weights I can handle. By the time I finish the workouts, I am out of breath, sore, and feel thoroughly worked.
