The in thing now is to be all about that bass.  Isn’t it funny how the desired shape of a woman changes over time.  Well, if you want to be all about that bass, and have toned sexy legs, then you need to work your glutes and legs.  Prepare to squat.  According to Brett Contreras, it’s the primary foundational exercise in strength training.  Using squats with a variety of other leg and glute exercises will give you that nice toned bottom half.  Don’t be afraid of having big legs.  So many girls don’t want to strength train their legs because they don’t want big legs.  As the muscle builds on the inside, and the fat burns off on the outside you will find you have lean, beautiful legs, not big, thick legs.
