There are so many different types of nutritious beverages. Drinking your nutrients helps you quickly absorb them. They’re also super convenient if you have an on-the-go cup. I drink smoothies, kombucha, and aloe vera juices while out running errands. If you don’t have a great on-the-go cup, they are sold anywhere and everywhere these days. Just make sure you have a secure lid. Better for you than hitting up Starbucks or fast food. Better for your wallet, too.
