Yoga is such a peaceful way to build strength and flexibility. It improves posture. It’s great for your bones, joints, and blood flow. It supports better mood and focus. It improves balance and helps you sleep better. The list goes on and on. I’ve noticed that since adding yoga to my regular strength training routine, my entire body feels and functions so much better. I love my yoga days. They feel wonderful!
